Sara, my daughter, and I decided we want to take our Manifest to the next level.
We wanted to include our physical surroundings and bodies into this amazing experience we are having. This is very similar to how we brought our physical bodies into Kirk Nugents 90 Day Challenge and did a 30 Raw Food Juice fast.
So we decided that we always have some excuse or another to stop us from our Yoga practice.
The House was not in the condition is which allows these moments of clarity to resonate and give us room to do Yoga. So we added 2 new things to our 30 Manifest. Number 1 is a 7 day clearing of junk. Room by room, day by day, we are going to take a room apart, through out the garbage, clean it, and put it back together. Today we did the living room because it is where we would like to practice our yoga. We Through out so much garbage and cleared so much space. We are feeling really great about it! Tomorrow we will do the Kitchen. It is really awesome to do this with Sara because we bolster each other up and keep the flow going. No quitting when the other is working :)

The other addition to thew Manifest is a 30 day Yoga Party. We are going to start nice and slow, leaving no room to not develop our love for Yoga into a beautiful Practice.
WEEK 1 ~ 15 to 20 minutes of Sun Salutations/per day
WEEK 4 ~ 60 Minutes of Yoga/ per day
