She began at the weight of 227lbs and is now 209 lbs!

I have lost a total of 19 lbs!

I began at the weight of 233 lbs and am now 214 lbs!

HELLO EVERY ONE! We have had a very successful week, Indeed! Both of us have made great strides towards our Fast Goal! Sara has just 9 pounds to go and I have 14! Ten Days left and we are very excited about our progress and tenacity in this challenge. It has not been easy, but we feel a great sense of accomplishment for sticking to it. We are looking forward to the end and as well looking forward to a new beginning. This Fast is totally changing how we look at food. We are happy about the changes. Life is good!

    1. Oh No. We did conduct business as usual, but exercise while fasting is not the most recommended.
