Walking


Good Morning World!! I have started walking daily now! I realized that my goal for this month is to loose ten pounds!! That is so huge but being that I am so over weight it is possible! The first walk was no problem and I have continued to do 1.7 miles a day until today, I did 2.1!!! Must better. I am also jogging for a bit of it to get my heart rate up and sweat! No too much jogging though but as I do more I will be able to do more!! The weather is PERFECT for walking and I hope to keep it up even in the summer! I live in Florida so that may be a bit hard but as long as I stay hydrated I can do it!! I have been taking the dogs with me to keep me inspired!! I also got much of my hair cut off and I LOVE IT!!!
