Good Morning! I woke very early tody. I did not walk I used my rebounder for the first time in a year!! Amazing how jumping can make you sweat ! Rebounding is a fantastic exercise, it massages the organs and rushes oxygen to your limbs.

Wow! amazing stuff! Ten minutes is all you need. I recently read an article on how "Little" exercise do we need to process sugar corrrectly. 7 Minutes vigorous! What! So 10 minutes on a rebounder is plenty to help regulate sugar properlly!! Yoga! rebounder! Walking! Looks like I will be very healthy! I am excited about this and the changes I am already seeing in my life!
