I have written about Edification before and I will write about it again. Folks will work harder for recognition than money all day. Why? Because Edification is Currency. When you are part of a team working towards solving problems, the inter relationship between team mates is extraordinarily important to the health of the business at hand. See we all have key motivators: some people are in it for the money, some people are in it to win it, some are in it for recognition and fame. All of that is bolstered by Edification between people working towards a goal, NO MATTER what their personal motivation. It is Fuel.
In my profession, it is of the highest importance, to both the seasoned and the new. Lets face it, we all like to do business with people we like. We will not continue to do business with people that do not express happiness and appreciation. Its what all customer service rests on in traditional business. Would you continue to frequent an establishment where you were treated badly by the employees? Would you remain an employee if you are treated badly by management?
As a Network Marketer, I have learned some amazing and powerful lessons. When you work with a team of people that are enjoyable to be around, that you can trust to encourage your best, You will always have the things that are your motivators, and then some.
All the greats say it : Surround yourself with people you want to be like, and surround yourself with people that lift you up.
NO EXCEPTIONS EVER: As far as we know, this is the only life we get, don't waste a minute of it in the wrong team.
